I tried to order an XL jacket and an L arrived. Its unclear whether the XL was out of stock and it reverted to an L on the website when I tried to order it, and I didn't notice, or if I made a mistake. However when I tried to exchange it a few days later it was difficult to contact them. Eventually I got a response on their chat on the website. I was politely informed that the policies prohibited returns if they were not informed of the exchange after 3 days/received the goods back within 5. Crazily draconian return policies and terms and conditions from Pet Plus!! I will never order from them again. One would expect a 28 day return policy from a large retailer.

I ordered two. Same sizes. Good quality material and build, but although the same sizes label, they where markedly different sizes. One of the colours I paid for, was later communicated as out of stock..Pet Plus did keep in touch with me through the process…wish I could give it a better rating, but so it is.
