Formulated with 100% natural active ingredients and a physiological pH, ATOP 7® Spray+ is a soothing and hydrating patented emulsion for irritated or allergy-prone skin in dogs and cats.
ATOP 7® Spray+ soothes the skin of the animal, by supporting the barrier function of the skin. It helps to restore the hydrolipid film and to combat the hypersensitivity of irritated skins. Its submicronic texture (particles between 0.1 and 0.4 µm) allows immediate absorption at the level of the epidermis and a sustainable activity over several hours. Thanks to the formation of a protective film, which is invisible and non-occlusive, the product acts as a «second skin». ATOP 7® Spray+ is steroid-free, which allows a possible frequent use and an optimal skin tolerance.
Directions
Shake the bottle before use. Spray directly on the skin, once or more times a day, as needed. For cats reluctant to sprays, apply the product with the help of a cotton pad or gauze.
Ingredients
ATOP 7® Spray+ contains vegetable hemp and neem oils, rich in essential fatty acids (omega 3 and 6), essential oil of cajputi and tea tree, as well as an extract from caper buds and a soothing rice extract. ATOP 7® Spray+ is now enriched with reed extract and Poria Cocos combined with PCA (natural skin moisturising factor) to maximise hydrating and soothing efficiency.
· ATOP 7® Spray+ is safe and without any side effect for animals suffering from itching and for whom treatment with medication is not necessary.
· Ideal in cases where the use of corticosteroids is not feasible or complementary to a topical treatment with steroids, in order to avoid the damaging effects of steroids (thinning of the skin, skin dryness, etc.).
The efficacy of ATOP 7® Spray+ has been established by way of a multicentric clinical study carried out under veterinary supervision, on a sample of 39 dogs and 28 dogs suffering from pruritic dermatitis with various severities. A significant improvement on several criteria has been observed.
