WHAT IS INTESTIPET?

INTESTIPET contains both a pro-biotic and a pre-biotic, which work in synergy, in a single product.  It is made up of the following:

35,5 million x 109 Colony Forming Units (CFU) of the dried fermentation products if Bifidobacterium bibidum, Lactobicillus fermentum, L. casei, Enterococcus faesium, L. plantarum, and Pediococcus acidilacticii

Inulin

DL-Methionine

Pure Beta 1-3 Glucan

Pre-biotics and pro-biotics serve the function of boosting the “good guys” - the beneficial bacteria in the large and small intestines respectively, of animals and people.  Many products have traditionally focussed on the pro-biotic element only.  In humans at least, laboratory tests have suggested that pre-biotics can be far more successful at boosting the “good guys” than the traditionally used pro-biotics.  (An example of a natural pro-biotic used by people is yoghurt.)  Hence, for better effect, Medpet has launched this product containing both pre- and pro-biotics.

Excellent litter

I changed from a more expensive, clay-based litter, and this is so much better! It is aesthetically pleasing, it prevents any smell, my cats changed very easily and are very happy, and it is very fast-acting.

Cats love it

My cats love it so much, they even lick the spoon that I use to dish it out for them 😂 It also contains eggs which reduces the amount of the protein that accounts for most human cat allergy cases.
