The quality of this product is excellent - my dogs love it! There was however an error with my last order and I was promised an extra packet of biltong to make up for the error in my delivery.

Hi our African Grey loves the pellets. He took to them immediately. Was unable to get Kaytee pellets and after many attempts with other pellet brands. He took to these with no effort.

My Vet suggested that I start my 12 year old Lab (with kidney failure) on Renofocus dog feed. She has been doing well and I can really recommend Renofocus dog food for any dog with this condition. My lab had been eating poorly for several weeks and she's found this food very tasty and she seems to be much more willing dig into her food since being on Renofucus.
Dogs absolutely love these treats. Love that they are quite healthy too - no sugar, wheat, flavourings etc. just delicious dried chicken gizzards.
