It consists of natural ingredients including dandelion and fennel. It is very high in fibre in order to promote healthy teeth and digestive systems. Its added Vitamin C keeps your Guinea Pigs in top health. In addition, Science Selective Guinea Pig also contains linseed which is an excellent source of Omega 3 - which will promote skin and coat health.

Ingredients

Alfalfa meal, whole wheat, wheat feed, soybean hulls, soybean meal, flaked peas, linseed, sugar beet pulp, soybean oil, fennel seeds, monocalcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, dried dandelion, dried nettle.

Feeding Guidelines

If you are feeding Science Selective to your guinea pigs for the first time, it is important to transition from the one food to the other slowly  - over 10 - 14 days. A sudden change in diet may lead to digestive upsets. The average adult guinea pig will need 40 - 50 g of food on a daily basis.

Great Nutrition, Average Taste

I previously fed my guinea pigs Burgess Excel Guinea Pig Nuggets with Mint, which they absolutely loved. However, I noticed the high calcium content in the Burgess nuggets was causing them to excrete excess calcium, leading to milky urine. To address this, I switched to Science Selective Guinea Pig pellets, which have a lower calcium content. While my guinea pigs aren't as enthusiastic about the Science Selective pellets, the change has completely resolved the issue of excess calcium in their systems. Additionally, Science Selective offers a broader range of nutritional benefits compared to Burgess.

This is such a good balanced pellet to add to your guinea pigs' diet. My guinea pig girls absolutely love Science Selective Guinea Pig food pellets. I already ordered another bag on Pet Plus.

Science Selective Guinea Pig

Very good pellets, my piggies absolutely love them, and they have vit C. These pellets with the 'Burgess Excel Dandelion & Marigold Feeding hay' are an excellent combo for healthy piggies.

Feed 80% hay (should be a few handfuls a day per pig), 15% pellets (50g per gay) and 5% veg daily - cos lettuce, romaine lettuce etc (NO iceberg lettuce), green pepper, carrot etc, kale and parsley and other high calcium veg in moderation..

Stick to that for healthy, happy pigs!

Worked well

Worked well for an elderly dog.

Montego Karoo

My dogs have been on Montego Karoo for more than two years now. Their heath, energy and condition is remarkably better than ever before. I have a Belgian Malinois who has had food allergies in the past, so I use the hypoallergenic version and she's never had a problem since. This food is worth every penny!

Giving Peace Of Mind

With so many cows around I worry more than usual but with Bravecto I can relax and let my cats be themselves.

Works Like A Charm

The paste was much easier to dose than the tablets or syrup and I'm very relieved that the worms are completely gone.

Great

Our kittens love it and have had no issues with it.
