Osteoarthritis is particularly frequent at the large, weight-bearing joints. Avocado Soybean Unsoponifiable (ASU) possesses chondroprotective, anabolic and anti-catabolic properties. It is recommended to reduce the daily allowance of this supplement to 50% of recommendation when improvement is well established. By completely discontinuing supplementation signs of discomfort could possibly return. It is therefore advisable to continue with a long term program.
