I bought this for my almost 17 year old with CKD. She is also on Hill Science Prescription diet k/d. I have to crush the pill up since she is quite picky with food, and mix with wet food. She is eating a bit more so hopefully it is a helpful supplement for her long term.
I love this doggy door, it’s my 3rd one. My dachshunds are very comfortable using it. The lock plate is great for when we go away.
