Calcibird is a great way to add calcium and other minerals to my chickens feed. Because they lay regularly, I need to supplement them to stop various complications especially as they get older. Water soluble, so super convenient. Only downside is that it doesn't come in larger quantities!

These very delicious bones getting very hard if not used in a specific time. Is there maybe a way to get it softer again? My 13year old Maltese loves these bones but when it gets hard he cannot chew them
