Pet Plus is considered an "essential service provider" under the regulations published by the South African government.
As such, we will continue trading during the national lockdown implemented from 27 March to 16 April 2020.
Both our stores and our online operation will be business as usual while we continue to maintain appropriate hygeine practices as recommended by the World Health Orgnisation.
We're here for you and your furry companions during these trying times!
During the lockdown, we will however only be able to support the delivery of "essential goods"; practically, that means all food, pharmaceuticals & waste management products. You can continue to order everything else from the site though, but we will split your order into essential items and non-essential items and only ship non-essential items when the lockdown is lifted.
Due to the massive spike in panic buying leading up to the lockdown, both our stockholding and our suppliers' stockholding is under extreme pressure. This may result in some "out of stocks" or delays in the shipments of your orders.
Please bear with us while we deal with such issues; we will communicate with you when and if such issues arise.
Our regular support channels remain operational (phone and email) and the bulk of our staff are ready to assist as needed.
