Please be aware that we are dealing with a massive spike in orders since the announcement on 14 March. This continues with the announcement of the national shutdown last night (23 March 2020).
We are working as fast as we can to dispatch orders, but as I'm sure you can understand there are logistical challenges in meeting current demand along the full supply chain as well as last mile to you, the customer.
There is also uncertainty after the announcement of the national shutdown as to whether courier services will be able to continue operating and indeed, what falls into the classification of "essential food services".
Once the situation has been clarified, we will advise further.
For now, we're doing our best to continue dispatching orders while there is certainty we can.
