Sureflap cat flap

The catzen klappe cat flap is german design genius, works great, took the cats a couple of days to get used to it but now its second nature. Great comms from PetPlus about the delay to the order due to stock availability.

Satisfied but still a way to go

I am satisfied with the product, although it is still a training process with the cat; it is only three days in use. The cat is hesitant to go through the flap door. At this stage, we leave the door permanently open by using Prestik. Hopefully, we will be there in a few days.
The product was delivered on Saturday (3 Dec), earlier than expected, and we could postpone the delivery to Monday 5 Dec.

Very efficient and excellent service

My dogs like it.

They eat it well, and their poop looks fine. I plan to keep an eye on it for the time being.

Recommended

I bought this because of the adjustable holes, after having wasted money on more than one similar toy, which either had the holes too small or too big. This is the only one that's worked properly for me, and the only one that my cat has actually played with. The reason for not getting 5 stars is that it's a little finnicky to set the hole size properly, but nevertheless, this is probably the best of this type of toy that I've found so far.
